What are the Personalized Photo Requirements?

We recommend your photo be at least 1,000 x 1,000 pixels for best quality. If the photo you provide is too small, we are not responsible if it turns out blurry.

My jewelry is damaged, What should I do?
We offer free replacements for damaged items. You must send a clear picture or video of the damage with your request for a replacement or refund.
Included:
- Markings/spots that weren't on your uploaded photo
- Damaged or defective gem
Not Included:
- Blurry images due to low resolution photo uploaded
- Items with no visible markings/spots
- Product damaged after receiving
Will the color in my photo show?
Yes! Your jewelry will go through a special laser engraving process that will replicate your chosen photo, including color.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process and craft your personalized jewelry. Once an order is shipped, it can take 7-10 business days to arrive (dependent upon your location).
Can I  change my shipping address?
Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If you order has not yet been fulfilled, we can update your shipping address.
What are your shipping options?
$5 Standard USPS Shipping per order. Orders over $75 ship free.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order tracking link via email or SMS.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Personalized items: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom items unless it was already damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-personalized items: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Item must be in the original condition and packaging. Your refund will be issued within 3-7 business days after receiving and processing your return. Your financial institution may take longer.
How can I change or cancel my order?
